The Challenge
Artemis engaged with AdColony at the beginning of their steep growth trajectory. This was a newly created position. They needed to hire an experienced data sciences leader that would help create the foundation of their next generation of innovation. Their desired candidate needed to be based out of their HQ office. In addition to a potential requirement of relocation, a partial list of the skills and experience needed included:
- PhD in computer science, stats or related field
- Proven data science research background
- Ability to execute experimental solutions and use off-the-shelf statistical analysis tools
- Strong enthusiasm for the science, backed by confidence built from experience
- Excellent communication, organizational and presentation skills
