Director of Client Strategy
Founded in 2005, Market Force has a growing global presence, with offices in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France and Spain. It serves over 350 clients that operate multi-location businesses, including major retailers, restaurants, grocery and convenience stores, financial institutions and entertainment. The company partners with multi-location businesses, providing a wide array of customer experience management solutions, analytics and reporting technology. Their solutions help clients protect their brand reputation, delight customers and make more money. Their suite of services include customer experience surveys, mystery shopping, contact center services and social media review data integrated on one technology and analytics platform.
Prior to partnering with Artemis, Market Force had been searching for candidates for several months. By the time we got involved, there was a sense of urgency to find candidates right away. They needed a recruiting partner that would be committed to finding several candidates to evaluate to fill multiple positions. These were highly specialized positions and they needed people from the marketing technology industry. Their preferred profile included:
- Experience maintaining and growing clients in multiple industries such as: Restaurant & Hospitality, Retail, Drug & Grocery,
- Petroleum/Convenience, Banking & Financial Institutions, Service, and Manufacturing
- Previous experience calling on and working with C-level executives in client organizations
- Proficiency in consultative selling and closing sales in excess of no less than $500,000 per year
- Ability to build collaborative relationships, both internally and externally
These were national positions that could be remote. Though not required, Artemis identified two candidates that were in their HQ city of Atlanta. These candidates were from the marketing technology space and were able to provide value right away. In addition, our recruiters identified several others around the US and Market Force was finally able to fill these positions that were vacant for months prior to partnering with us.
