The Challenge

The new Chief Sales Officer had an opening needed to find a new salesperson immediately. He used our services before from a previous employer. He wanted to hire someone that would require little training. They needed to be a hunter that could bring on new clients with little support. His target candidate would have experience with selling a software with a 3 – 9 month sales cycle and could exceed a $1.5MM quota.

The top candidate accepted the offer and the position was filled within 35 days of taking on this search assignment. By filling the opening quickly, the CSO was able to add a proven salesperson that helped Xpertdoc exceed revenue expectations.
