POSITION OVERVIEW:

The ideal candidate will bring on new logos and aid in the increase of revenue for existing accounts.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Use network of established business contacts to generate NEW LOGO accounts.
  • Develop new lead sources leveraging LinkedIn and other data sources, targeting and prospecting to specific industry verticals.
  • Present solutions to prospect leadership teams.
  • Manage existing accounts bringing innovative solutions driving retention and growth.
  • Interpret client instructions and provide specifications for count requests to our team.
  • Work with Client Services and Data Solutions to identify the best data for the client or new business opportunity.
  • Reformat QC counts received to presentable format / make list recommendations.
  • Negotiate contracts and project pricing. Respond to formal Requests for Proposals.
  • Update the CRM daily and add new leads to the CRM system.
  • Responsible for onboarding all new clients.
  • Attend and participate in weekly team meetings.
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated, results oriented.
  • Develop personal Annual Business Plan, outlining goals objectives and how to get there.
  • Attend industry conferences and networking functions, remotely or as travel is feasible to keep abreast of new technologies and services and generate new prospects interested

PREFERRED PROFILE: 

  • Bachelor’s degree, Marketing/Advertising concentration preferred.
  • Experience with ZOHO and/or other CRM tools.
  • Experience with Direct Marketing Business Development / Sales industry experience in both Consumer and B2B marketing services.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Team player.
  • Problem Solver – Utilize strategic thinking to solve challenges and make recommendations.
  • Experience in multi-channel marketing, data analytics for direct mail, email, and telemarketing services.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to ever changing environment.
