RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute 3–5-year Information Solutions business strategy
  • Lead all efforts related to being an information solutions value-added reseller to customers by creating and delivering differentiated, value-add implementation and managed service offers
  • Build the customer success strategy for the information solutions business; implement the set strategy with a customer base
  • Own the design and implementation of sales strategies to ensure revenue objectives are met by growing new and existing accounts
  • Manage Information Solutions profit and loss (P&L) including forecasting and developing/executing, as well as annual operating plans
  • Lead information solutions team consisting of dedicated sales, support, and service delivery resources
  • Identify and manage strategic partnerships with vendors
  • Collaborate with Account Managers, Product Managers, and Specialists to develop organizational competency on how to identify leads and best practices for selling software products and services in the Information Solutions portfolio based on customer needs
  • Conduct in-depth research on competitors’ products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests

 

PREFERRED PROFILE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license
  • A minimum of 5 years of related experience related to information solutions and services is required.
  • Demonstrated experience with complex software solutions and applications, including enterprise resource planning (ERP), manufacturing execution system (MES), Supply Chain or product life cycle management (PLM) solutions
  • Software-as-a-subscription (SaaS) and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) model experience and ability to communicate the value.
  • Previous experience managing large and diverse teams
