RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Your mission will be understanding the customer’s needs and crafting solutions that solve their challenges using the company’s DevOps Platform.
  • Onboarding customers successfully post-sale with a white-glove experience
  • Provide thought leadership on DevOps and Salesforce evolving trends and process consultation to optimize our client’s DevSecOps and source-driven development processes
  • Working collaboratively with our account executives to develop and cultivate relationships within the sales organization, boosts satisfaction, and becomes a trusted advisor to our sales team Encouraging the adoption of new features and enhancements, providing training where necessary, and ensuring delivery of continuous value to support the successful renewal of customers Managing Escalation and Touchpoints throughout the customer journey
  • Gather product feedback and recommendations from customers; provide the prioritized list to the development team
  • Draft client-facing documentation, including support articles, FAQs, and videos, and be part of regular customer webinars
  • Draft compelling Statement(s) of Work to prospective customers
  • Understand the business drivers and pain points of the prospective customer
  • Build and present customized demos of Salesforce products using the company’s DevOps CI/CD Platform
  • Participate in appropriate product, sales, and procedural training and certifications to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective in the position
  • Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management

 

PREFERRED PROFILE:

  • 5 years of experience in software sales or consulting sales.
  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps deployments as a Salesforce
  • Developer/Release Manager
  • Familiarity with Package.xml, Apex Classes, Github, and DevOps workflows
  • Previous experience with Salesforce platform support or Salesforce development
  • stack, branching, and source code strategies. (GitOps)
  • You have experience building and connecting applications with integration tools
  • like GitHub and Provar
  • Proven experience leading the pre and post-sales efforts and bringing value to customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an interest in delivering
  • compelling presentations and product demonstrations
  • You are highly organized, have a positive attitude, and can quickly adapt to changing
  • situations, and are a natural problem solver
  • You can articulate client needs and prioritize internal teams to get results in a
  • fast-paced sales environment
  • You love building relationships and are committed to making our customers
  • successful
  • You enjoy working in a startup environment
  • Proven experience leading the pre and post-sales efforts and bringing value to customers.
