We are seeking a highly meticulous and driven Email Marketing Manager with a Type A personality to join the go-to-market team. This role requires exceptional written skills, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This new position will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing outbound email campaigns to local businesses. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a relentless drive for making processes better in every aspect of their work are essential.


  • Manage Cold Email Campaigns: Oversee all aspects of cold email campaign building, including writing, editing, planning, and executing email content and A/B tests using tools like Quickmail.
  • List Creation, Maintenance, and Data Hygiene: Develop innovative strategies to find businesses that are potential candidates for the platform. Maintain the integrity and accuracy of email lists through regular cleansing and updating, utilizing tools like Neverbounce, while strictly adhering to do-not-contact regulations and privacy standards
  • Analyze and Optimize Campaigns: Monitor email deliverability, analyze campaign performance for effectiveness and revenue generation, and make necessary adjustments based on data insights.
  • Email Domain Management: Build and maintain cold email domains, including setting up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records, and ensuring optimal email deliverability.
  • Strategic Planning and Documentation: Plan email marketing sprints, document processes, and stay informed about current trends in email marketing and deliverability.
  • Manage Nurturing and Re-engagement Campaigns: Oversee nurturing and re-engagement campaigns for existing relationships and closed lost deals, ensuring continued engagement and opportunity for conversion.
  • Develop and Implement Copywriting Strategies: Craft compelling copy for each email, utilizing various writing styles and techniques to optimize engagement and conversion rates. Conduct A/B tests on different copywriting approaches to identify the most effective messaging for target audiences.


  • Proven experience in email marketing or a similar role
  • Excellent persuasive writing and editing skills
  • Proficiency in email automation tools 
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing
  • Knowledge of email deliverability practices and tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
  • Proficient understanding of AI-driven marketing tools 
  • Ability to build out a cohesive email campaign strategy and schedule
  • Be highly detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Possess excellent organizational and time-management skills

LOCATION: Remote in EST (Pittsburgh would be ideal)
