POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Sales lead, you will help to develop new business, improve the client onboarding process, increase retention, and identify opportunities to upsell services. Your efforts will be instrumental in establishing and executing the strategy that will serve as the foundation of client-facing activities in the UK Geography.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • A self-motivated, proactive enterprise sales leader with a strong track record of regularly meet or exceed targets closing deals through new client acquisition.
  • Research new accounts, identify key players and generate interest in prospective clients through email campaigns, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, webinars and Adwords.
  • Create and maintain the database of target customers.
  • Lead targeted email campaigns and reach key decision makers in target companies.
  • Conduct a market and industry analysis to analyze the competition.
  • Identify opportunities by speaking to customers, understand their requirements, educate them on service offerings and narrow down possible opportunities of partnering.
  • Must be able to set up appointments and achieve the desired targets.
  • A leader who successfully executes on sales strategies for the pursuit of new enterprise opportunities.
  • Accountable for impeccable funnel and deal management capabilities, with a distinct track record of driving high quality funnel adds, maintaining an appropriate 90-day funnel and managing sequential improvements in close rates across the team.
  • Enthusiastic about a digital first environment, driving for high adoption of digital capabilities across customers AND sellers.
  • Positive, upbeat, and professional.
  • Detail oriented with strong time management skills.

PREFERRED PROFILE:

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • 10 – 15 years of sales in IT/ITES Sectors.
  • Understand Global Delivery Model (offshore/outsourcing).
  • A history of achievement/overachievement of sales targets.
  • Must be well networked and have dealt/interacted successfully with senior leaders (Directors, VP’s and CXO’s) of leading organizations.
  • Pricing negotiations – support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals.
  • Manage the relationship with the client’s post contract closure to ensure that relationship remains on track.
  • Build and manage relationships with leading Third-Party Advisors and the Analyst Community.
