POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Growth Marketer to join a growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will drive planning, design, execution, reporting, and refinement of growth campaigns across multiple platforms, including website, email, paid media, and in-product messaging.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze existing marketing funnel data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization across all channels.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points and executive-level meeting needs.
  • Plan, design, and run growth campaigns across various platforms, such as website, email, paid media (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn), and in-product messaging.
  • Report on campaign performance and refine strategies based on insights and data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and technologies to ensure innovative approaches.

PREFERRED PROFILE:

  • Proven experience running successful email marketing, paid media and/or ‘organic’ growth campaigns (PR, review generation, SEO, etc.).
  • Expert level experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems, particularly around marketing operations and automation.
  • Strong background in web design and web technologies, including tracking and analytics in a changing landscape.
  • Experience executing paid media campaigns as part of a team.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to quickly bring new ideas to market.
  • Deep analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance.
  • Experience working in an internationally focused startup.
  • Proximity to Boston with the ability to meet in person on occasion.
  • Proficiency in German, French, or Norwegian is a nice to have

LOCATION: Remote in the US (Prefer Boston or EST and ability to in Boston as needed)
