POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Product and Content Marketer will play a pivotal role in fostering collaboration among the product, marketing, customer success, and sales teams. Your primary goal will be to utilize insights from customers and these teams to build content and automations to drive product adoption and engagement. Armed with hands-on expertise in marketing automation tools and a strategic mindset, you will blend analytics and creativity to propel reach and user base.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze user behavior, market trends, and conversion metrics to identify activation opportunities and refine the user journey, from first click to first renewal.
  • Coordinate with colleagues — product managers, marketing and UX designers and developers — to drive Go To Market strategies for Decisions, including our AI-focused initiatives.
  • Develop and manage the product Help Center, ensuring content is up-to-date, comprehensive, and well-written.
  • Contribute to our customer-facing blog, developing content around best practices for meetings.
  • Implement innovative product-led growth campaigns using email, bot messaging, paid media, videos, interactive tours, and beyond to enhance user adoption.
  • Manage our educational webinar series with CS and product to increase registration, enhance the content and drive more post-event from attendees.
  • Craft and optimize compelling product messaging and positioning in collaboration with the product team to resonate with our target audience.
  • Work closely with our Global Paid Media Manager to develop digital paid media (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.) campaigns to engage existing users and effectively create product messages on those channels.
  • Work closely with our Marketing Designer to develop product-centric visuals and brand elements for the website, help center, social media, paid media, sales and customer success collateral, and more.
  • Support the Growth Marketer on creative campaigns designed to deeply increase our activation metrics in the early stages of product adoption.
  • Use A/B testing, SEO, and digital marketing techniques to increase visibility and attract new users.
  • Report on campaign performance and marketplace trends, providing insights and strategic recommendations for continuous growth.

PREFERRED PROFILE:

  • Proven experience in growth and/or product marketing, with a strong focus on using marketing automation tools to enhance user engagement.
  • Experience with Hubspot for designing complex automations and generating sophisticated reports.
  • Deep understanding of the current state of AI in the SaaS marketing, including prompt management and creation, messaging AI to a broad audience and developing understandable marketing content around AI solutions.
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 platform and its ecosystem of third-party integrations, or strong willingness to learn and get certified.
  • Expert writing skills in English, essential for maintaining and enhancing our product Help Center.
  • Business proficiency in German and/or French is a significant plus.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and inform strategic growth decisions.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a history of working effectively across diverse teams.
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field or equivalent experience.

LOCATION: Remote in the US (Prefer Boston or EST and ability to in Boston as needed)
