Sales Enablement Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the sales team has the tools, resources, and training necessary to be successful in their roles. You will bridge the gap between sales and marketing, working to align both departments and ensure that the sales team is equipped with the latest information, materials, and strategies to effectively engage with customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop content engagement strategies tailored to unique sales roles and culture that empowers teams to successfully sell into new prospects
- Consult with key stakeholders to perform needs analysis in order to prescribe enablement and training solutions that drive results
- Design and develop training materials for our Go-To-Market organization primarily delivered via our Learning Management System
- Analyze individual and cohort productivity to inform future enablement programs
- Use pipeline data and insights to proactively identify weaknesses in Sales skills and processes
- Provide hands on coaching to individuals across the sales organization
- Optimize ramp time by building end to end rep onboarding programs, content and measurement
- Design, manage and coordinate training and education programs to ensure maximum rep knowledge and efficiency on sales skills, and sales processes.
PREFERRED PROFILE:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 5+ years of sales, sales training and enablement experience
- Excellent facilitation, presentation and communication skills
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and instructional design
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize work efficiently
- An aptitude for problem-solving and working cross-functionally with others
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Experiences on coordination in service department is definitely a plus
- Self-motivated, willing to work under pressure
LOCATION: Remote in Connecticut or Greater Atlanta Area
TRAVEL: Occasional domestic and international travel will be required
