
Fraud Specialist

POSITION OVERVIEW:
You will be reviewing and optimizing fraud processes, as well as training staff in fraud operations management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Phase 1: Process Review and Optimization
- Conduct a comprehensive review of existing fraud operations processes
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and potential improvement areas
- Develop detailed recommendations for process streamlining
- Create a high-level plan for process improvement
- Develop metrics and KPI tracking mechanisms
- Phase 2: Project Rollout and Implementation
- VCA will develop an implementation roadmap based on expected benefit/impact of identified opportunities in phase 1
- Develop detailed implementation plan for each identified opportunity
- Phase 3: Education, Training, and Talent Management
- Assess current training programs and identify knowledge gaps
- Design and develop a comprehensive training curriculum
- Conduct a skills gap analysis
- Develop talent development strategies
- Design performance evaluation criteria specific to fraud analytics and operations

- Comprehensive review report of existing fraud operations processes
