She firmly believes she learned so much during those early years as a stay-at-home mom succeeding in a fast-paced, scheduled environment.
Today you can find her putting in parallel efforts at work, hanging out with her kids, watching a local band, shopping, or doing just about anything active.
As an Executive Search Consultant, Rachel gets to utilize her communicative and problem-solving abilities as well as having the challenge of overcoming hurdles for current and potential clients. She is very patient and fairly easy going in her personal life but at work she’s all about “Getting It done yesterday!”
