Ashley Radca

Ashley was born in Columbus, OH and grew up in the New Philadelphia area on 36 acres. She attended Western Colorado University, graduating cum laude, with a double major Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology/Sociology. After 12 years in the mountains, Ashley decided to come back to Ohio.
Ashley has two sons and truly enjoys being a “boy mom”. In addition, she has a passion for being environmentally friendly, with a focus on reducing the carbon footprint.
Ashley previously worked in the disability field for 8 years, which allowed for professional growth, countless experiences, and led to various sales roles. She joined Artemis as an Executive Search Consultant and enjoys critical thinking and helping businesses find solutions to increase sales and success!
