POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Technical Consultant is a Solution-Based Engineer, and a thought-leader, who drives the execution of end-to-end technical solutions. They are responsible for architecting cross-functional workflows, integrating AI-driven automation into development cycles, and overseeing quality engineering and cloud deployment to ensure production-ready status.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee multidisciplinary technical execution, harmonizing source code, automated tests, and infrastructure configurations into a singular, cohesive solution.
- Architect and prototype custom AI features, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) capabilities and agent-based workflows.
- Plan and implement strategies to utilize Generative AI and LLMs to accelerate the delivery cycle.
- Oversee the application of these tools to automated testing, code refactoring, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) scripts.
- Lead technical synchronizations with client-side managers, clearly communicating progress and efficiency gains realized through AI-driven delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions for Ed-Tech clients.
- Design interfaces between legacy systems and modern AI-driven applications while maintaining system resilience and security standards.
- Drive comprehensive accountability for the project lifecycle, ensuring the final product meets all technical and business criteria through testing and deployment.
PREFERRED PROFILE:
- 7–12 years in engineering, with a proven desire to transition toward architectural decision-making and client-facing leadership.
- Deep expertise in your primary domain, combined with a strong curiosity to learn and apply skills in testing and infrastructure.
- Demonstrated experience or a strong interest in developing enterprise-grade solutions using Large Language Models and autonomous agents.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native observability tools. Preferred Experience and Skills
- AWS Certified AI Practitioner or similar industry certifications.
- Practical experience with EdTech platform integrations.
- Practical experience with higher education/university enrollment platforms and CRM systems.
- Demonstrated experience in a consulting environment.
- Experience collaborating, supervising, managing and/or driving global teams.
