POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and executing sales initiatives across corporate payment and incentive solutions. This role requires a strong customer-focused mindset, exceptional interpersonal skills, and proven success selling to middle-market and enterprise-level clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and industry events
  • Promote and sell incentive, reward, and corporate payment programs to prospective clients
  • Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and assess customer needs
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations aligned with company requirements
  • Track and report on sales activity, goals, forecasts, and prospect pipelines
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Ensure client satisfaction by exceeding service expectations and identifying expansion opportunities
  • Represent the company at conferences and events to grow business opportunities
  • Negotiate and close deals while managing prospect concerns throughout the sales cycle
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support client success and organizational goals
  • Perform other duties as assigned

PREFERRED PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Minimum of five (5) years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably selling to Fortune 1000 companies
  • Demonstrated experience selling to C-level decision makers
  • Proven ability to build long-term corporate client relationships
  • Professional, articulate, organized, and results-driven
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Experience selling SaaS platforms is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Proven experience developing corporate payment and incentive programs
  • Ability to travel as required
