It was important that the new sales leaders would have logistics industry experience. This person needed to be a leader that would upskill the current team and achieve very ambitious revenue targets. This was not a Monday – Friday, 8 – 5 job for the first 2 years.
This person needed to understand the product offering and assess the current sales processes.
