This vacancy was creating a bottleneck on their PLM sales pipeline and needed to be refilled as quickly as possible.

The Challenge

After one of their Technical Sales (Presales) team members left, Lectra was struggling to meet the needs of their PLM sales team.  This position also interacts with a wide variety of departments throughout the organization. They worked closely with the business development team for direct coaching, opportunity evaluation, and presales activities.

This role also needed someone familiar with the Fashion/Apparel industry and Centric PLM software.

Our Action

With a highly specialized preferred profile, Artemis identified 50 candidates that had the required experience and industry knowledge. Of those candidates, 11 were engaged and qualified, 2 of which were submitted for interviews with Lectra.

End Results

After a few expedited interviews, Lectra’s top candidate was offered and accepted within 38 days of starting the search.
