With an established product being used by their customers, Digilant was looking for a Full-Stack Engineer that could make customizations without impacting their customers’ current processes.
Digilant is an omnichannel advertising partner. They connect people and technology to create a perfect blend of strategy, insight and efficiency that will elevate any marketing team to find massive success. They also support advertisers who are moving towards programmatic self-sufficiency by aligning them with and training them on the right set of programmatic platforms and technologies.
Their scaling engineering team was ready to add another member to help tackle the growing list of updates, implementations, changes, and improvements to their product. This candidate also needed experience working with offshore teams, as well as, client engineering teams.
With highly technical and experience requirement, this search presented challenges when finding and qualifying candidates. These challenges were exacerbated by a tight software engineering environment at the time. Artemis went to work by identifying over 600 potential candidates that met their preferred profile. We then selected 34 candidates to qualify.
From the pool of 34 candidates Artemis qualified, only 9 were chosen to present to Digilant’s hiring team. Out of this select group, they decided to interview 7. During the interview process, 2 candidates were determined to meet the requirements of the role and be a cultural fit. Recognizing a rare opportunity to capture elite talent, the team at Digilant offered and hired both candidates to join their growing team.
