To accomplish this, we had to identify candidates that were with direct competitors that understood the ecosystem and have turnkey relationships.
Within 30 days, the hiring manager was evaluating 4 highly qualified candidates. The preferred candidate was in a major metro area where they wanted to establish greater ties. The candidate accepted the offer and has since proven to be a valuable salesperson closing several new accounts and exceeded their sales quota.
