The Challenge
Prior to being a TransUnion company, FactorTrust secured VC and had several analytics positions to fill. After successfully filling other analytics openings during this expansion, the Director of Customer Analytics position became the highest hiring priority. They were seeking someone who was hands-on with data and coding and could lead and manage direct reports.
Our Action
Due to demand exceeding supply for experienced analytics talent, it was important that we differentiate this opportunity. We collaborated with the management team to identify the differentiation points that target candidates would find interesting. We jointly created content and messaging the target audience would find interesting. Within 15 days, Artemis presented 6 qualified candidates from their specific list of competitors.
