FarePortal is a Travel Product and Service provider powering the only flight focused OTA in North America. Utilizing its innovative proprietary technology and company owned and operated global contact centers, they have built strong industry partnerships providing customers access to over 600 airlines, a million hotels, and hundreds of car rental companies around the globe.

The Challenge

Fareportal needed someone who could reimagine their product offerings coming out of COVID. Over-time, they planned to expand their portfolio by adding innovation that is unique to them. They wanted to create a different approach and experience than what competitors offer.

This person was tasked to own the influence and impact on future revenue numbers. Their goal is to increase their business, own it and drive the outcome on the consumer focused business.

Our Action

The CEO wanted to take advantage of a rapidly improving climate for the travel industry. Within 30 days, Artemis identified more than 200 candidates that were elite performers within the Ecommerce and Travel industries. All of the candidates were industry leaders with a proven ability of growing new products within the consumer technology space.

We presented 8 highly qualified candidates and 2 highly regarded finalists were in play within 45 days.
