As the recognized industry leader in customer experience research for nearly 30 years, they have been the trusted partner to corporations seeking to improve their digital capabilities and user experience.

The Challenge

With an office in New York, Corporate Insight’s team was having trouble finding the right candidate amongst the large pool of applicants. Most of the candidates were actively looking for a new role and not meeting Corporate Insight’s preferred profile. They needed access and the ability to pursue passive candidates that had the exact experience needed for this role.

Our Action

Artemis quickly started to identify and engage highly qualified candidates that were not actively looking for their next role. These candidates had the knowledge and skill set that Corporate Insight was targeting. Of those candidates, 31 candidates were qualified, and 11 were presented.

End Results

Corporate Insight chose 7 candidates to interview for their opening and were able to have an offer accepted within 35 days of starting the search. Since they had the right experience, their new Customer Success Manager was able to make an impact immediately and continues to provide the high quality service they are known for.
