After years of growth (fully bootstrapped throughout) UpLead’s CEO decided the company was at a critical point in that growth were an expert technology leader was needed to continue their success. They were looking for an experienced CTO within the Data industry who could help them scale their business dramatically.

This high profile search was extremely important for our client. It was critical for them to reach the next step in their growth. Knowing these factors, we set up to find and seasoned technology leader that could bring past growth experience, along with a wide range to technology expertise. We identified over 200 candidates, qualified 30, and presented 9.
