This team was going to be a critical part of Chatmeter achieving their rapid growth goals.
Vice President of Sales
Chatmeter is a brand intelligence company reimagining customer connections and reputation management through AI-powered deep listening. They make it easy for multi-location brands to drive real-time impact through relevant insights in critical moments that matter.
After being promoted from their position as VP of Sales to President of GTM, Chatmeter’s sales team was looking for a new leader. This person would be leading a team of 7 direct reports and focusing on enterprise level contract growth. Experience growing ARR was required as well as a history of developing tenure within their sales teams.
Since this role was going to be reporting into Chatmeter’s San Diego office, Artemis began to identify and engage the limited number of candidates in the area. In addition to searching locally, we searched for sales leaders that would be willing to relocate for an opportunity like this one. Sourcing over 100 candidates and qualifying 45 of them, the team at Artemis chose to present 13 of the candidates for consideration.
Of the candidates submitted, 8 where selected to start the interview process. These candidates met with the President of GTM, several members of the Enterprise Sales Team, and other C-Level executives. From those candidates, 2 were selected to meet with the CEO. The newly appointed CEO was able to pick their top candidate and the offer was accepted.
