The Challenge
The new Chief Sales Officer needed to add 6 experienced salespeople within 90 days. Their target candidate pool was very specific and the demand for this profile exceeded supply. It was critical that the new salespeople have:
- Experience selling marketing software and services to marketing leaders of Fortune 1000 companies
- Be able to report to their US based office in downtown of a large metropolitan area
- A history of meeting and exceeding quotas of $1MM+
- Experience selling large deals of $300K+
- Experience with long sales cycles
