NaviStone is a marketing technology platform that allows brands to acquire new customers by using online intent data and delivering high-response personalized direct mail within 24 hours. They call this Digitally Powered Mail. NaviStone features the industry’s only double blind system, ensuring these website visitors remain anonymous both to us and the website owner.
The Challenge
After their COO announced his retirement, leadership at NaviStone knew they had a tall task of filling the role with an equally experienced operations professional. They also wanted to make the most of this opportunity by bringing on someone with experience running operations at the size of company they were becoming, not just meeting current demands. They also wanted this leader to be in the Cincinnati, OH area.
Our Action
With a limited number of candidates in the Cincinnati area, Artemis knew that potential candidates would require more touch points throughout the process. After creating a customized outreach, Artemis identified 150 potential candidates for the role. 33 of those candidates were chosen to be qualified by our recruiters. Of those, 10 were presented to Navistone’s leadership team. They chose to interview 6 of our pre-qualified candidates.

Of the 6 candidates that were selected, one stood out from the group in experience, leadership skills, and overall understanding of large organizational needs.
