They are one of the nation’s top mortgage closing specialists providing a complete line of nationwide Title & Closing services.
The Challenge
The CEO wanted someone who could help advance their business into the 21st century. They needed the candidate to help the company develop mobile apps, better customer communication, improve technology workflow, and be an innovator that would drive business to the next level. The preferred candidate would also need to be entrepreneurial and fit within their unique culture.
Our Action
Artemis immediately developed a search process that involved talent mapping direct competitors and identifying additional target companies that would employ their desired profile. Within 3 weeks, we identified 138 potential candidates. Artemis successfully qualified several candidates that met their preferred profile and the client received 4 highly qualified executives. Within 30 days, their preferred candidate was visiting HQ.
End Results
The candidate was offered the job and accepted the role within 46 days of the beginning of the search. Their new CTO fulfilled their technology skills need and has successfully helped the company create new industry leading service offerings. Additional accomplishments include:
